Cut Flower Bouquets

Trim the stems: Cut 1–2 cm off the stems at an angle before placing them in fresh water.
Fresh water daily: Replace the water every day (or at least every second day).
Flower food: Add the flower food provided for longer-lasting blooms.
Keep cool: Display away from direct sunlight, heaters, and drafts.
Remove spent blooms: This keeps the bouquet fresher and encourages other flowers to open.

Florist Foam Arrangements

Top up daily: Add a little fresh water directly onto the foam to keep it moist.
Cool position: Keep away from heat, direct sun, or air-conditioning vents.
Gentle care: Avoid moving the flowers once they’re placed – this keeps the design intact.

Plants

Watering: Water as needed, but check the soil first – most plants prefer to dry out a little between drinks.
Light: Place in a bright spot with indirect light (unless otherwise advised).
Drainage: If your plant is in a decorative cover pot, remove it for watering and let excess water drain before returning.
Dust leaves: Wipe gently with a damp cloth to keep leaves healthy and breathing.
Feed: Use a diluted liquid plant food every few weeks during the growing season (spring–summer).
